Brenov Bryseiron was an underground human and one of the protagonists in Season 3 of The End of Days. A member of the mafia group 'The Red Ravens, Brenov was forced into partaking in a war after the Swamp Clan flooded him out of Bunker 17.

Biography

Pre-Timeline

Brenov was born in Bunker 17. In his childhood he had a brother, Mordai Bryseiron. Brenov later obtained a nephew and niece in Kairon and Orianna respectively.

At some point in his life, he joined the Red Ravens. He was able to get to a fairly senior position, able to promote lower-ranking mafia members to higher positions.

Season 3

Brenov appears in Season 3 of the RP, first appearing in the Battle of Bunker 17. He was a part of the first wave of Red Ravens, shooting down some of the swamp army along with Garvey. He is one of the survivors of the battle.

Brenov, along with the rest of the survivors, ends up in the Plains People Town. On their first evening there, he prevented Orianna from being manipulated by Darius. He attended a meeting with the rest of the surviving Red Ravens, agreeing that the organisation was over for good. The next morning, he orders Harlowe to watch over Orianna to stop her getting charmed again.

Brenov takes part in the Battle of the Plains Town as a Commander of the town’s defences. He works with Orianna to shoot down as many of the opposing force as possible, eventually resorting to hand-to-hand combat. They eventually end up in a fight against Darius, with Brenov taking part in direct combat whilst Orianna distracts Darius with her throwing knives. However, Darius is able to stab him with his dual swords.

Brenov is discovered dying by Garvey, who was going to tell them about the retreat. In his last words, he tells Garvey to take care of Orianna.

At one point in their fight, Darius leaves a risky attack open for Brenov to take. Despite seeing the risk, Brenov went struck at him in order to rip away Darius’ swords. He gets stabbed for his troubles, although it leaves Darius with only one sword to fight Orianna.

Appearance

Brenov was a fairly tall man with black hair and silver eyes. He also sported stubble as facial hair. He looked young for his age.

Personality

Brenov was a quick-thinker who could be stern if needed. He was also somewhat weary, ensuring he was aware of everybody’s actions. However, he was also over-protective, especially over Orianna.

Skills

Shooting: Brenov is shown to be proficient with a gun during the two battles he fought in.

Combat: Brenov had some combat knowledge, as he was able to hold his own against Darius for some time.

Relationships

Orianna Bryseiron

Brenov and Orianna have been close ever since Brenov landed Orianna a job within the Red Ravens. He taught Orianna most of the tricks of the trade and, as the last members of their bloodline, the two had a father-daughter bond. However, in front of other people Brenov acts more formally towards Orianna.

After Brenov’s death in the Battle of the Plains Town, Orianna was distraught and left in mourning, eventually collapsing due to the stress and shock of his death.

Harlowe Greeves

It is implied that Brenov trusted Harlowe enough, as the latter was entrusted with making sure Orianna didn’t encounter Darius again.

Garvey Sucram

Brenov is shown to trust Garvey, as he told him to take care of Orianna after his death.

Trivia

• Brenov’s name is taken from the main antagonist of Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy, Leon Bronev. Similarly to Bronev, Brenov plays a part in a shady organisation, although their roles are different in them.
• His face claim is Dylan McDermott.
